Get ready.
Prepare yourself mentally and physically. Start eating liquid food (smoothies & juices) and enter inner transformation by being calm and reflective. This is is a truncated schedule we like, but  longer transitional periods are advisable. The schedule is also designed to encourage personal growth and transformation- goals not requisite to the cleanse, but recommended. See what feels right.

Where do I get the Stuff??

Trader Joe’s & the farmer’s markets are your friends.  Do your absolute best to get the good stuff.

Two glass bottles of syrup from Trader Joe’s can last the whole cleanse.
One box of Smooth Move costs about $5, but you can also buy and use loose leaf Senna in bulk for less.
5 bags of organic lemons can cost up to $20 Lemons
You can buy cayenne pepper in bulk or get a small box for a few bucks. Organic makes a difference.

In all, expect to spend 30-42 bucks on materials. Cheaper than what you would normally spend on food in 10 days, right? Right.


Use Quality Ingredients!

This cannot be over emphasized. The better your ingredients, the more effective your cleanse. You don’t want to suffer and struggle with your demons for 10 days and not even get the most out of it, right? I tried using crappy lemons one time and… :-(.

 

Master Cleanse Recipe How to do the master cleanse


The Recipe

 

One Serving:

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  • 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
  • 10 oz Water.

 A whole day

  • 60 ounces of filtered water
  • 12 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup
  • 12 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper powder

Cleansing on a busy schedule: If you are on the go and can’t make each serving fresh, juice the lemons & add the syrup only. The water and cayenne cause the mixture to oxidize, so add the appropriate amounts when you’re ready to drink instead. 😉

Laxative tea: It is vital that you have Smooth Move or other laxative tea before you go to bed and when you awake in the morning. You’ll be amassing lots of waste, and you have to give it some way to come out.

An alternative is the salt flush: 2 teaspoons of natural, non-iodized sea salt with 32 ounces of warm (not hot) filtered or bottled water. Drink the entire portion. You can sub this some of your mornings.

5 pathways to Selling yourself short

Not following through. Giving up, Cheating, and short-cutting are easy ways to find yourself in the same spot you began in. Resolve STRONGLY to finish this cleanse to get a full breadth of its benefits. Not on the 3rd day, not on the 5th day, not even on the 9th day should you cheat or quit! Read the book and write a note to yourself on why you’re doing this so you have a firm basis as it gets underway.

Combining it with food. Some people combine the cleanse with minimal food if they are doing it for such extended periods as 40 days. Don’t do this if you’re doing it for 10. The entire point is to let your digestive system rest so it can get rid of the junk and begin to regenerate. It’s worth it!

Using the wrong ingredients.  Store bought lemon juice, poor quality lemons, Aunt Jamima syrup, etc. are all easy ways to waste your time, get no results, and maybe have some health issues. Use the best you can find, and don’t go making any substitutions.

Eating the same once it’s over If you go back to eating the same as before, you will go back to the same state as before. Don’t waste you’re hard work by eating the same. Because it gives your pallet a clean slate, this provides you an excellent opportunity to create better health than before. Start giving better fuel to your body. thought is the cause of it all.

Many of us have heard the concept, “mind over matter.” The idea that the mind has power over physical events isn’t new. Lost campers have gone weeks without food out of sheer determination. Petite mothers have lifted cars to save their baby in rushes of adrenaline– but the grey space that remains between believing this and experiencing this lies in one question–  how far does this go?

How is it so, and how is it significant in our daily lives?

Thought is the most powerful thing there is.

Just as sound can be measured in wave forms, thoughts are waves as well.

Don’t think so? How else are MRIs able to measure brain activity? Scientists pinpoint which processes are housed in particular parts of the brain by seeing which sections “light up”  during monitoring.

They are able to do because thought is energy. The energy of thought takes the form of electricity in our brain and body. Thoughts can be gathered by machines, but they are certainly able to be picked up by people as well.

Signals radiate throughout us, shaping the way we see things, how we act, and even impacting us physically. Thoughts can even create disease if negative signals become ingrained over time– but it doesn’t stop there.

 

 

 

 

The entire universe is energy.

We are like energetic radio stations, broadcasting our thoughts out constantly. Each thought we have, be it about our future, circumstances, or whatever, is broadcasted as a sort of request to the universe. Don’t think you can ever live your dream? The universe says “okay” and sends just what you expect.

If we want something, and hold negative expectations at some level of our mind or another, we send mixed messages which get in our own way. In this way, our thoughts bring back to us what we put out, for better or worse.

 

Explanation & Illustration

An easy way to experience this is to start asking for it to be shown to you. You can say to yourself quietly, “please show me how my thoughts affect my reality” and it is likely events will start to occur which make this clear to you. These events which show a link between the mind and the experience are called “Synchronicity.” They are becoming very common in the lives of many.

A series of experiments were done which explored the impact of thought on physical matter. “The Rice Experiment” is an experiment in which positive or negative intentions are either taped, or spoken to different jars of rice. The jars treated nicely ferment pleasantly, while the mistreated jars begin to rot.

 

This Will Save Humanity

The way our thoughts work is an intricate network of settings that form according to our individual and collective experience over time. In a way, it is very much like the programming which creates the operating system of phones or computers. In the programming lies the limitations or potential of any system; i.e, the OS of a present day Mac is more advanced than a ’96 windows.

Similarly, as humans learn to change their thought systems at a fundamental level, they will become capable of experiencing a higher reality. They will have new abilities and their world will have less pain in it, as they as they creators of their world have less pain in them. It is this idea that is central to the planetary ascension happening presently.

It is very vital that every person understand and learn to apply elevated thought systems in themselves, so that we can “graduate” to lives not weighed down by all the negative stuff. Simply, switch thoughts based on fear to thoughts based on love.

Cause & Effect with the basic understanding that every cause has an effect, we can begin to look for and clearly see, the effects of all the causes. It follows that every thought is a cause, which has an effect. If they were “nothing” as many of us have believed, they would not bear any results. We wouldn’t feel them or be able to see them. When we get this, we’ll begin evaluating the true effects of our thoughts.

Thought and Disease When we think, we send signals to different parts of our body ( a simple example is your heart beating faster when you are nervous). This is evidence that thought manifest physical chemicals.  In knowing this, it can become clear to us how malignant thought patterns can manifest as disease.

Ever get the feeling the sun is good for more than sitting in the sky? It is.
Start tapping into the wealth of benefits the sun has to offer.

What Sungazing Is

Just as plants obtain energy from the sun by way of photosynthesis, people have the capacity to do the same. Sungazing is an ancient spiritual practice of harvesting energy directly from the Sun.

People have come to seek energy and sustenance by eating plants that hold the sun’s energy… or eating animals that have eaten plants– secondhand methods. It is much more effective to gather this energy directly from the sun itself.

Why Sungaze?

  • If you stick to it, you’ll be able to survive without food. Useful, hunh?
  • As you fill yourself with light, vices (Jealousy, hate, anger, sadness, etc.) begin to fall away and you become a bright, well liked person.
  • Light relates to knowledge. You will find your intuition strengthened and a growing inner knowing that allows you to read people and situations soundly.
  • To Heal yourself. The sun heals: everything from colds to cancer. Disease results from negative thought patterns, and these dark forces within us are gradually remedied as light takes their place.
    Personal Experience:  Anyone who’s had tonsillitis knows its not a joke. My first encounter with it landed me in the ER. I recently avoided a trip to the emergency room with the onset of tonsillitis, curing it by focusing my gaze on healing, + homeopathic methods.

Discussed here is the 9 month long process coined by Hira Ratan Manek (HRM). A the end of it, the practitioner finds themselves free of their need for food, healed of physical ailments, and filled with positivity and inner knowing.

Not Eating

In their native planes all creatures are supplied with nourishment from the ethers of their planes. And so it was with every living thing until the will became a sluggish will, and then the ethers… began to vibrate very slow. Now… the conflict came; and that which the finite man [calls] survival of the best, became the law, the stronger ate the bodies of the weaker manifests; and here is where the carnal law of evolution had its rise. And now man, in his utter shamelessness, strikes down and eats the beasts, the beast consumes the plant, the plant thrives on the earth, the earth absorbs the protoplast.  In yonder kingdom of the soul this carnal evolution is not known, and the great work of master minds is to restore the heritage of man, to bring him back to his estate that he has lost, when he again will live upon the ethers of his native plane.” Jesus Christ, The Aquarian Gospel, Chapter 32. Jesus’ words speak to the body’s need for energy, not so much food, to survive. In our original state, we required no physical food. Thus, as we ascend, we journey back toward this state of power and peace. Sungazing serves as a powerful tool in this reascension of man.

Most people respond with a state of alarmed disbelief to the thought of not eating. It’s important to know that this process does not preclude you from eating. You can still eat if you please. You simply lose the desire and need to with time. This is an opportunity some take. Others will simply do it to enjoy brighter lives and other benefits. Just know that the opportunity is always there.

Eastern Monks and “shamans” of a wide range of cultures employ this practice and are known for their ability to go long periods without food.

Science

Western scientists, in disbelief of HRM’s claims, conducted a controlled, confined study where HRM did not eat for 385 days. Increased cerebral ability has also been observed in gazers after sungazingIt is also a well known fact that no harmful UV rays reach our eyes during the hours of sunrise and sunset.

How To

The effective HRM method.

It’s easy to get started. In the first hour after sunrise, or the last hour before sunset, stand barefooted on bare earth and look into the sun for 10 seconds.

Increase your time by 10 seconds each day until you get to 45 minutes (9 Months)

At or before the 35 minute mark (around the 8th month) you will find your appetite fading away.

At 45 mins, stop sungazing, but walk continuously on bare earth for 45 minutes (anytime) each day for 6 days. To remain without the need for food  (maintain the energy charge in your body) continue to walk barefooted on earth for a year.

Tips Living guidance from my experience.

  • Stick to it. The more consistent you are, the more consistent your results. You will find you begin to develop a sort of rapport or relationship with the sun and can receive assistance with specific ailments or spiritual challenges you face by asking.
  • Try to make sunrise. Few things compare to lungs full of crisp morning air at the start of your day. In my personal experience, the energy itself is best and most apparent at this time. Sungazing offers a boost to this calm time, making for a great beginning to meditation, yoga practice, or just calm reflection, laying the foundations for your day. Try both to see how each suits you.
  • ONLY 10 seconds extra each day. This is the rule for a reason, you are building your relationship and tolerance. Be sure to adhere, lest you administer more medicine to yourself than you can handle. Remember, Bare Earth, No Grass.
  • Make Use of the Energy. You will notice heightened energy and liveliness, but be careful not to waste it. I used to go back to sleep even though I was filled with energy, just because it was early. Needless to say, it was hard to even get back to sleep and I had crazy, energetic dreams. But this was somewhat disrespectful, and I noticed I don’t receive as much as a spark as I did at the start. The universe may lessen its gifts when you waste or misuse them.
  • But what if it rains? The sun is always there, whether it’s rainy or cloudy. Continue with your practice on these days by looking at the place where the sun is behind the clouds. Maintaining faith/ morale is important. You can usually tell if you’ve received a charge after you’ve finished because after you close your eyes you still see a ball of light.
